Life's a Gas/Not Going Down archiveIt's all kicking off backstage... In these short comedies about lost innocence, charismatic characters hide unsettling pasts behind their public bravado. In Life's A Gas, the hen party from hell is in full swing and Cherry, a territorial drag queen, finds herself sharing a dressing room with a young stripper. He's late. He's inexperienced. He's cocky. And he's not going to get an easy ride. A lot's not right about new bunny girl, Jemma in Not Going Down. As ballsy Serena teaches her to procure (and pronounce) Dom Perignon and shows her how to stuff her bra with birdseed, Jemma opens up about an extraordinary and terrifying past, which is about to catch up with them both.
