Happy lovers live and love in the dark, In Secret - While unhappy relationships make good stories. This project is inspired by the Asian story of Niulang and Zhinu, two lovers who live on different stars and unite once a year with the help of magpies. While you are listening to true stories of long-distance relationships from different countries (radio-plays) and moving through these stories' individual worlds (installation) we, your puppets, are waiting for you, our puppeteer, to play with the distance of our strings and maybe bring us closer (interactive performance).
