Kiss Me archiveThe war had been won, but there are still battles to be fought. Can love blossom even amongst the emotional debris of loss and guilt? Based on secret events that took place in the wake of World War I, Kiss Me is a re-imagining of the work by carried out by a pioneering doctor who ran an undercover sperm donation clinic after the war. This clinic became responsible for the birth of 492 children, helping to rebuild communities after the catastrophic losses from the war. Richard Bean has fictionalised an encounter of two lost souls brought together by these unusual circumstances. Kiss Me begs the question: would you risk everything for the possibility of happiness?
