Kande archiveA little girl aged 7 who lives in Senegal finds that her life is turned upside down when her father comes and takes her to live in France with the rest of her family. Through her eyes, the play looks at social issues and problems of identity with huge humour and compassion. The play is performed in French, however the characters are so powerful and the humour so clear, that the play is accessible and enjoyable to non-French speakers.
