Identity Panic archiveIdentity Panic is a film noir influenced comedy set in Los Angeles about crime and its inevitable consequences. The action takes place in the dishevelled flat of two unemployed drifters who, in a desperate attempt to free themselves from their penury, have decided to turn to crime. But things soon start to go wrong with the arrival of fellow potential-felon and gang member Sam Cady, a fantastically spaced out and dysfunctional pseudo-artist who unwittingly manages to discombobulate everyone and everything. The panic that follows becomes a state of mind where truth and falsity become almost indistinguishable.
