Hushabye Mountain

Work:: Hushabye Mountain (S0531302295)

A play which addresses the effects of change on lives and relationships. Danny is at the Pearly Gates, Judy Garland has brought her knitting and is lighting up the stars. Connor is bereft, his brother is straighter than straight, while Lana is hysterical and Danny's mum thinks his dad is out to destroy North Yorkshire. Hushabye Mountain reveals a world that has learned to live with AIDS. It is full of love, pain, laughs and friendship, where drugs in their various combinations are exhilarating, destructive, costly and even life-restoring.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
