Holy Presents archive'I believe the bible is the best gift God has ever given to man' - Abraham Lincoln. But what about the Crocs he gave to Jesus this year? A humanette puppet comedy starring the Holy Trinity at home for Christmas. An absurd, ridiculous and endearing parody of all that we now think of as Christmas played out in the household of its holy originators. The ethereal and allusive trio of God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit are finally revealed in all their glory to be: three chubby little humanette puppets with fake beards and dodgy sandals. We encounter our holy three on Jesus's Birthday; a day of family, celebration, remembrance, and over indulgence to the sounds of Slade. From opening unwanted gifts to making the obligatory phone call to Joseph and Mary, falling asleep in front of the Queen's speech, and arguing over parlour games, Holy Presents sees our divine beings fall victim to all of the usual traps and trimmings of Christmas.
