History of the Peace archiveA peaceful tale of bombings, guns, punishment beatings and riots. Lots of riots. Meet Karen Reid, an East Belfast community worker trying to navigate her way through the uneasy peace; from the 1994 ceasefires and Good Friday Agreement to the Chuckle brothers and flag protests. Things get even more bizarre when she meets a darts-playing looper, Fireball, from ?the other side'. While Karen fervently believes in a new Northern Ireland, some of her nearest and dearest aren't so keen. She soon realises that sometimes to win peace, you must be a warrior.
