Details
Born and raised near Brick Lane, British Bengali writer and director Kayser A. Foyz creates plays and films that explore relationships and the conflict that we all face between the pursuit of our needs and the expectations of society. His writing is infused with his British Bengali duality, and explores the everyday condition of living in today's world. He is passionate about creating theatre that attracts new audiences and blurring the lines between art forms. As John Doe (in Se7en) once said: "Wanting people to listen, you can't just tap them on the shoulder anymore, you have to hit them with a sledgehammer!"
