Details
It is six weeks before the 1999 elections. A senior Minister with a great struggle record is accused by his PA of having raped her. If the allegations go public, it would have serious repercussions for the country, and for the governing party at the forthcoming elections. Should the alleged victim go through with the charges? If she doesn t, will she compromise the fight against the national epidemic of violence against women? And, in fact, was there even a rape?
