Eric in Wonderland archive It's nearly Christmas Guys ?n' Gals. That means Uncle Eric's back - and ready to murder yet another literary classic. Oh yes he is! When Eric makes the mistake of borrowing one of Hippie Dave's special cigarettes he finds himself taking a trip (sorry, adventure) he'll never forget. He meets the Queen of Hearts (looking strangely like Madge), a grinning Cheshire Cat who reminds him of Hippie Dave, a rock band called The Mad Hatters who are trashing their own tea party, and several people qualified to play Tweedledum and Tweedledumber. All this and a host of psychedelic 60s songs to make the whole experience more bearable. We asked David Graham if he saw any similarities between himself and Lewis Carroll. "Of course," he says. "Alice in Wonderland is considered the greatest example of nonsense literature - I've been writing illiterate nonsense for years!"
