Drawing on her own words from her lectures and letters, Ellen: Her Triumphant Women reveals Ellen Terry herself through Shakespeare's feisty, troubled and sometimes triumphant women. This witty and moving play explores the complex interactions between a ?modern' woman, Victorian celebrity and Shakespeare's art.
