Electric Halos
Work:: Electric Halos (S1176177240)
The raw energy of five young teenagers wrestles with the raw material of everyday life. Imaginations run riot - and the foothills of a South London gas tower become a crucible for change. This production brings together writer Helen Adams and the Blue Elephant Theatre Company for the first time. ELECTRIC HALOS was first performed at the New Ambassadors Theatre with The Performing Arts Labs in 1999. The play was also put forward for the Friday Night Play on BBC Radio 4. Helen has further work in development with BBC Radio and has been entered for the BBC2 Dennis Potter Screenwriting Award 2001 with the support of World Productions.
