1926 - Four girls from the East End of London unexpectedly find themselves to be the recipients of a large sum of money. Pebbles, Mother, Nancy and Ivory all flee to a cousin s in Chicago, leaving a whole lot of trouble behind them. Mother gets a job at - 'The Chicago', a run down speakeasy owned by a lowly cohort of Al Capone s. She buys the club and re-names it -'The East End of Chicago'. The girls all put their singing talents to good use and the club is soon a rip roaring success. Now everyone wants a piece of the action, but the girls aren t giving it back without a fight.

Whilst not a musical, East End Chicago will take you back to the years of prohibition from the moment you walk through the door and are seated at one of the tables in the club.
