Dust

Work:: Dust (S01400767440)

It is the day of Margaret Thatcher's death. In his flat in London's Barbican, miners' leader Arthur Scargill reacts to the news that his old adversary is gone. As they reflect on battles past, Scargill and his publisher have a visitor - an ageing militant miner with his own take on Scargill's controversial legacy. The catalyst of Margaret Thatcher's death triggers a series of events and reflections that go right back to the 1920s.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
