Have you ever made a monkey of yourself? At Spacious Places recovery centre, giving up drink and drugs is just the beginning of the journey. Common Chorus have been listening to people who have hit rock bottom, but they have come together as part of something bigger than themselves; to save each other's lives. There is an animal inside all of us; these people have a story about how they learnt to tame it. Drawing upon biographical stories from The Twelve Steps and The Chimp Paradox by Dr Steve Peters; this is a story of hope for anyone who has ever wanted to be 'better'.
