He and his beautiful, but treacherous, agent Marta Heartburn plan to take over the country by poisoning the nation's tea. Can Dick Barton and his trusty working-class sidekicks Jock and Snowy save the free world from the forces of darkness? How can they escape from being suspended from the top of Big Ben?
