Dick Barton: Quantum of Porridge archiveLocation: Unknown. Timezone: 1953... and 1972! Dear Old Bartonians, Help! I seem to be trapped within my own past and I can't get back! I was with my old friends Jock and Snowy at the BBC, recording some dreadful programme about ruining the peace of a desert island with a gramophone, when I was suddenly plunged back into "The Black Hole" - the name I gave to the lost and unaccounted time in my youth when, having foiled The Flying Swine's attack on young Elizabeth's coronation, I had lost consciousness on the white cliffs of Dover and woken up in prison with blood on my hands and a hatful of some sort of Scottish oatmeal-based voodoo gruel. Please help me, Barton Fans! You must help me solve the riddle of the Queen's vibrating Orb and Sceptre! Who is this Doctor Sweinhunt? Help me fight Britannia's foggy foes in not one but two timezones as I re-unite with some old chums and sing a few dinky tunes into the bargain... Looking forward to seeing you there, Your old Chum, Dick Barton, Special Agent
