Set in a plant nursery in the South of England, Blackbird is an emotional look at the ways in which age and culture bring new experience and lessons. When nursery owner Mike dies, his wife Fiona and nursery manager Rosemary find themselves coming to terms not only with his death, but the legacy he has left them.
