The show encompasses life in Japan, high school, accordions, break-ups, gay love, straight love, breakfast food and real people called Steve: Steve K misses his 20th reunion, Steve S breaks up over the word 'cereal and, in the final story, Steve H falls in love with his best friend, the head boy of his comprehensive. On their class trip to Norway, under the Perseid Meteor Shower, he tells him. John doesn t take it very well, but twenty years later they meet again...
