Bibi Rajni - A Story of Faith archiveThis is the magical story of the devoted Princess Rajni, set in 16th Century India. Rajni's disillusioned and egotistical father marries her to a penniless cripple and throws her out of his kingdom as a punishment for believing in the Will of God. The play follows the hardships the couple endure on their journey to the holy city of Amritsar, with some real heart-wrenching moments, a few dance sequences, and some hilarious comedy too! Babi Rajni is rich in music and colour, with scenes of comedy, action and tragedy - all blended together for a highly entertaining experience - and the miraculous finale leaves the audience feeling truly inspired and elated.
