A Double Bill - Bellow Theatre are a Hull based new-writing company rooted in brave and stirring storytelling. We explore stories that have a life of their own, that twist, turn, and collide. We often bring live folk music into the mix and always try to champion the downtrodden, forgotten, excluded, or silenced. Our work is intimate, moving, and celebrates DIY aesthetics. Roaring Girls - We are The Roaring Girls. We use personal narratives, often our own, to create our work, which explores big issues and little idiosyncrasies. It's somewhere in between theatre and a conversation: interactive, improvised, intimate. It is tactile theatre for those glued to screens. Our work is fun and rebellious. It's honest.
