Details
Shelley and Darren sing their hearts out, and tell us of their hopes and dreams in a play featuring classic songs from the 1960s. The duo are in their mid-thirties, and sing in the pubs and clubs of the North East. She wants a baby, he doesn't - at the moment - but her biological clock is ticking away, as they entertain the punters. We meet club doormen, those who claim they can guarantee musical success, and good, bad and ugly audiences in this moving and heart warming play.
