Albert Nobbs finds the peaceful retirement he envisaged isn't all it's cracked up to be. He's bored, he's frustrated, his cholesterol's sky-high and his wife's nagging the hell out of him. However, his uneventful everyday life is suddenly shattered when his wife Connie dies.
