Working in deep-training principles to cultivate a highly-sensitised and physical performer, Adeste are on a journey of discovery. You are invited to join them on their journey as they open their work beyond the confines of the training studio for the first time. Inspired by the novel Spoon River Anthology by Edgar Lee Masters, the dead speak to us from beyond the grave, sharing their individual stories, and in doing so, speak to us all.
