The body of a Great Western Railway official was discovered in the carriage of the main line train when it stopped at the local railway station...A well-known murder detective has been sent down from London to investigate this heinous crime. His methods of investigation are not to the liking of the local prominent businessmen, but his record for solving murders cannot be questioned. Details are revealed and threats of another nature emerge amongst those present, leading to a second murder!!
