A Girl Called Owl

A Girl Called Owl

Work:: A Girl Called Owl (S902469851)

Olivia arrived in the town with her Dad; she was the new girl, the quiet girl, the weird girl. Then she met Kay, the girl with the scar. A Girl Called Owl is a quirky, heart-breaking one-woman show told in two parts. It begins with a new friendship between two ten-year-old girls, in the heat of a small town South African summer, and finds them again six years later. A story about growing up different in the middle of nowhere; a story about growing up where nothing grows.
