The the Moon and Back - M-Set

The the Moon and Back

Work:: The the Moon and Back (S1763542198)

Young and grown-up travellers can celebrate the 50th anniversary of the moon landing at the Barbican as co-creators of imaginary worlds during this immersive, participatory experience. With a simple knock on a front door, you and your little one will share a multi-sensory journey of discovery into interactive spaces of touch, colour, sound and special effects. You'll encounter props and scenes that conjure the natural world, made of unusual and tactile materials, from feather rain to velvet stars. You'll also be shown ideas on how everyday objects can be turned into tools for creativity and fun at home. Artistic Director and founder of company M-SET, Paula Manning invents delightful installations, often combining live music, drama, visual arts and design that stimulates the senses.

Production:: M-Set (T518772735)

Age guidance: For babies aged 3-14 months and children aged up to 4. There are targeted sessions for babies and children, see sessions information below.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
