Details

A small (but perfectly formed) performance created by artists Raisin & Willow as part of their Something Wonderful residency at the Drill Hall and across all the Lincolnshire One Venues. Inspired by the idea of Victorian reading tours by writers such as Dickens, The Penny Readings is a collection of small stories, woven from things you might find in your pocket, things left behind... Words from shopping lists found in the street, from graffiti and from overheard conversations, all telling a brand new (and slightly unexpected) Lincolnshire story. Expect a blend of storytelling, illustrated lecture, music and found objects. Expect Something Wonderful...
