A celebration of Phoenix Theatre and a tribute to their musical director Joyce Marks. Phoenix Theatre are proud to present a celebration of their work over the past 17 years. The evening will comprise excerpt from many of their shows, including Little Shop of Horrors, The Rink, The Broadway Pirates of Penzance, Sugar, Nunsense and A Swell Party. There will be a feast of songs such as Cabaret, Anything Goes, You're the Top, Tarantara, Rhythm of Life, Sun and Moon, and many more. To make this special production something to remember, Steve Corke, Janice Reeve, Judy Welsh, Stewart Farmer, Bertie Knapp and Julie Dengate will be joined by a wonderfully talented cast that you have seen in recent years in both lead and supporting roles. The versatile Andrew Daniels will not only be singing but will also be our musical director. With Judy Welsh, Sue Gladman, who has directed and performed in many of Phoenix's shows, will again take on the role of director. With the help of our many friends we hope to raise the roof on The Stables Theatre - so come and join us.
