RE:act - Miss Atomic Bomb brings together four emerging writers, directors and a group of actors to respond to the story, themes and characters within the second production of our spring season - Miss Atomic Bomb. Written in 24 hours, rehearsed at quick fire speed and performed on the stage of St. James Studio, these impulsive pieces will then be followed by a conversation with an established theatre creative and there will be the opportunity for both emerging and established artists to meet post-show to further discuss ideas. The evening is curated by Alastair Knights who directed the sell-out 2014 main house production, Putting it Together, Matthew Keeler and Lauren McGee for St. James Theatre. Our aim is for RE:act to become a playground and networking event for young theatre makers, actors and creatives to meet, form creative partnerships and be part of future RE:act evenings.
