Saturday 5th of July: Our opening night is sure to please with a surprise waiting around every corner. We will have acts from our first month's line up including live music and a dj, a close up magician, tarot card readers, stilt walkers, games, and performance poetry. Thursday the 10th of July: Delia Giubeli presents Recycling The Reportage, a multi-media performance exploring the history and politics of the cyclist. Saturday the 12th of July: Be prepared to Rant. First, the audience will get a chance to get up on stage and rant for one minute about whatever they want to get off their chest. After that, Comedy act Super troop, will take your complaints, and make improvisational sketches about them. Thursday the 17th of July: Inspired by The Bacchae, Touch My Toes presents Choros, a site-specific, participatory performance event fusing physical theatre, singing and storytelling. Saturday the 19th of July: Meet your bar locals and participate in their stories. In Dried and Roasted at the Glitch and Turn, an interactive, site-specific drama unfolds around you. Thursday the 24th of July: Have your future read with modern day Tarot Cards. Find out if your cards include "The Red Shoes" or "The Social Smoker" or "The Office Temp." Saturday the 26th of July: A night celebrating silent movies. We will have silent movies playing along side two performance acts, The Lab Theatre Collective presents an ode to Clara Bow, silent movie star extraordinare, with live music, film, and performance, and Joad Squared, presenting a modern day live silent movie with accompanying live music. Thursday the 31st of July: Bottlefed Ensemble and Kobayashi respond to Southwark Playyhouse's architecture, atmosphere and audience with an improvised music and dance piece, followed by Emily and Marianne Parrish, presenting haunting storytelling and song. Saturday the 2nd of August: Join us for 36 Degrees’ interactive Rock Operetta called, A Wake. Someone has died--can you figure out who it is? Doors open at 9:30 and last late into the night
