Oxford's indigenous cultural mix is revealed and celebrated in a feast of music, dance, poetry, storytelling and visual arts. Multiplicity, part of the Evolving City programme, takes place at Pegasus Theatre and Ovada Gallery in Gloucester Green. Different performances will take place at Pegasus over three days featuring an exciting mixed programme form Oxford's artists and community groups. From traditional to contemporary arts, these events communicate the history and experience of local residents and offer a cultural insight into the richness and diversity of our City. Through the performances and exhibitions we can appreciate heritage, come to understand the difficulties facing refugees arriving in a foreign environment and enjoy new cultural identities formed from the influences all around us.
