Following the massive success of its first outing, Mesh - Oxford Youth Arts International is back with groups from seven countries joining the UK in a cultural exchange of shows, workshops, debates and fun. From 20th to 28th July host organisation Pegasus with partners The North Wall Arts Centre will be a hub for the international shows. This year visiting groups come from Oxford's twinned cities: Grenoble (France), Leiden (The Netherlands), Bonn (Germany), Perm (Russia); as well as Sisak (Croatia), Baghdad (Iraq) and Pathum Thani (Thailand). Pegasus Youth Theatre Companies will be reprising the double bill they premiered in March while a group from Leeds led by a former Pegasus Youth Theatre member joins the event programme. Joining the regular exchange partners are three new visiting organisations taking part this year and each has been on a journey, either culturally, politically or personally.
