To mark the 21st anniversary of the annual Cardiff MAS Carnival, South Wales Intercultural Community Arts bring a taste of carnival from around the world to Chapter. The entertainment runs from 6 - 9.30pm and features flamboyant costumes, capoeira dancers, body painted Dragon performers and live carnival music. The highlight of the evening is the Welsh premiere of MAS Man, an award winning documentary by Dalton Narine on the work of Peter Minshall - Trinidad’s world-renowned carnival designer (screened in conjunction with Wales One World Film Festival).
