Details

Into this bowl, the fractured remnants of two families are placed - the semblance of a father, the resemblance of a daughter, two mothers and a stranger - whose lives are caught in infinite reflections of each other. We meet Frank: given a family too young. Now a fifty-something, dying of an overworked, enlarged heart. And Annie: a driven and empassioned twenty-something, who wants more than her lot. Like countless doomed heroes and heroines, they struggle against what has been fated in search of their own heaven on earth. But will they know they've landed on it? And dear audience... will you? Jacqueline le Poisson & an all-singing-all-dancing Prawn Cocktail Chorus introduce an evening of oceanic rumination and kitchen sinks, on a journey you choose. Doppelgangers, puppetry, and a multiverse of perspectives, ?it's a different story every night' takes on new meaning. All set to the live, original and sometimes improvised musical waves of the Happy Fisherman. Will you see the story as it was intended to be told?
