The Japanese theatre company 30-DELUX proudly present KULI-KALA: REVENGE OF THE SAMURAI - a brand new action-packed tale of murder, revenge and magic featuring the thrill of deftly performed samurai swordplay, live music and song and a chilling story of murder and revenge. In the mythical province of Zipang somewhere back in the 16th century, a young Samurai's family has been brutally murdered by an evil Shogun. Sworn to avenge his family's deaths, the Samurai goes in search of his nemesis; en route he meets three female Ninja warriors (Kunoichi) whose families have suffered the same fate. Each Ninja has a large tattoo - the Kuli-Kala or Acalathe God of Fire - emblazoned across her back... but the wretched tattoo possesses magical powers and forces the Ninjas to attack the Samurai against their will.
