Emergence is a new quarterly all dayer for musicians, sonic artists, producers, cross-arts collaborators and audiences. It happens in the round - but with the seats taken out. It offers a time and a space for players, artists and audiences to come together around a standing, dance-friendly all dayer event where we can meet, experiment and make the right mistakes. The Thing: As London Jazz makes its way out into the world, The Cockpit wants to continue giving support to artists of all kinds who respond to this exciting new sound, wholly owned by the Londoners that make it.
