Join us in a multimedia transformation of space, time and place inspired by the woodlands of Corby. This amazing experience will be directed by singer and songwriter Barb Jungr, choreographer Neil Paris and sound and light artist Kurt Laurenz Theinert, leading a team of performers. This will be followed by a night-time walk through Thoroughsale Wood, led by Cat Gerrard, where Fabulous Flowers Of The Forest made by Corby Primary School children (with artist Sophie Cullinan) and Magical Creatures made by students at Brooke Weston Academy (with artists Iris Bertz and John Bell) will illuminate the way. Projected woodland creatures at the Boating Lake, created by the people of Corby, will continue the magic, with refreshing snacks and drinks available from the Boating Lake Cafe. We strongly recommend you bring sturdy shoes. This is the festival finale of Our Woods produced by Deep Roots Tall Trees.
