Could you live your life as if in a Doris Day musical, in constant song? Performance artist Greg McLaren tried, spending two months singing instead of speaking. Greg's life descends into chaos, as society struggles to communicate with a man who lives his life, literally, in song. A fantastically moving and very funny journey that jolts between reality, imagination and light social self-harm, Doris Day Can Fuck Off is a daring one man opera that demonstrates the destructive and life-affirming consequences of stepping outside normal behaviour, into a life of melody, rhythm and potentially an ASBO.. For one night only, Greg reprises last year's hit Doris Day Can Fuck Off, recounting a month spent singing instead of speaking. Greg will also be performing a new piece, A Symphony for Audience and Performer, on 28th and 29th March.
