Details

From the darkness the sound of an udu drum emerges. Then, chanting rises, summoning ancient spirits. Slowly, two figures take to the stage. Light gradually spreads across the horizon. The Battle of the Wordsmiths has begun. It's a re-invention of African storytelling, drawing inspiration from Yoruba Mythology and West African rhythms, re-telling stories within the context of British Urban Music.
