A 50th anniversary celebration for Britain's longest-running alternative theatre company. After a brief introductory talk, a short People Show film will be screened, followed by an interval when the audience will be able to view an exhibition of images from the company's archive. In the second half of the evening, they will perform their newest stage show, Seagull Noir - an international adventure that traverses land, sea and air; from America's CIA Headquarters to London's Southbank, via a hovel of ill repute on a Hebridean island. Prepare yourself for ground-breaking invention, virtuoso performances and side-splitting humour from this remarkable company (and some colourful language!).
