Panto grandad : 05Dec22: We attended the panto at the rothes halls with grandchildren tonight (Sunday 4th of december) and were blown away with the show, cindarella has an incredible voice and played her part amazingly, buttons and the ugly sisters give most of the comedy and do it brilliantly and all three are superb, the 12 days of Xmas routine is hilarious . The prince and dandeeny also have a great partnership. All the cast were excellent fits for the roles. First time we've ever seen a panto not performed on a stage and didnt know how it would effect the show but the simple answer is, not at all. Great job by all involved, the cast, the lights looked amazing, sound was great, musical numbers enjoyable and spanning yhe decades, and having been in the rothes halls for a conference a few years ago, was interested to see how it would look, but we were all more than impressed. I was a stagehand for many years as a younger man and know the work that goes into this side is often unrecognised. All in all the a brilliantly put together show and well done all involved
