Beauty and the Beast

Work:: Beauty and the Beast (S5906)

Prince Handsome upsets a witch and is turned into The Beast, a spell only to be undone by true love. Belle is trapped in the Beast's castle after her father makes a deal to escape and eventually falls for "the inner man" and releases the Beast from his spell.

Production:: (T0263390531)

This inspirational new script by Alan Frayn brings Beauty and the Beast well and truly into the realm of traditional panto, offering more comedy and originality than seen before. As well as the original well known story line, there are many new turns and twists along the way, ensuring a side splitting and action packed adventure. Some imaginative new characters such as Belle's two outrageously common sisters and Marcel and Monique, the beauty parlour owners, are guaranteed to bring the house down with laughter.
