Tales from the Shadows - The Ghost Stories of Edgar Allan Poe

Tales from the Shadows

Work:: Tales from the Shadows (S2074101543)

Edgar Allan Poe is the undisputed master of gothic horror. His dark tales have for successive generations thrilled, excited and terrified. His macabre imagination explores the darkest, deepest recesses of the human mind and the furthest reaches of the paranormal. Claustrophobic nightmares of murder, madness and torture are his signature and with these retellings by master raconteur Andrew Meller (An Audience with Sherlock Holmes, Talbot House and An Evening with the Humour of Bob Newhart & Tom Lehrer) you will be left transfixed and petrified. Terror fills the auditorium when Andrew brings to life, in his own, inimitable style, Poe's greatest characters and most menacing scenes. Audiences leave his performances paranoid, looking over their shoulders for unseen predators. His words haunt their dreams for nights after. Most definitely not for the faint hearted or weak minded, this is a show for those who revel in being scared!
