Then Like My Dreams archiveZak loves football. Zak loves West Ham and wants to play for them. But sometimes following your dreams can get pretty complicated. His mate, Dazza, shouts racist comments at the match. Zak hates this, but is torn between his disgust at this behaviour and being loyal to his oldest friend. Things don't get any easier when a five-a-side competition means he has to decide between playing for Dazza's side, or doing the right thing. Then as if things aren't perplexing enough he's fallen in love with Mel, the captain of the opposing team! Meanwhile, his long-lost father turns up again and wants to play happy families. What's a boy to do? An East End story with everything. Football, music, song and dance.
