A musical fable set in Petrovia, a city of made to measure coats, with its strange but all too human characters: the Commissioner for Criminal Tendencies with his drug habit, the rich wife with her bloody hatpin, the advocate with his own sense of justice and the disgraced tailor who longs to win back his stitching licence. Follow the nervous Mr Maerkin as he is stranded unexpectedly on Petrovia's icy streets. See how he changes forever when he steals the coat of Tibus Punza and discovers the other side of his soul.
