You may know Dave Anderson as the Bank Manager in City Lights, or Gregory’s Dad in Gregory’s Girl, but he started his career as a songwriter. His songs for The Steamie are being sung (somewhere) right now. Encouraged by the success of Tir na nOg ("Best New Musical" - Edinburgh 2007), Dave has produced this new mini-musicals with a cast of one! The theme is his teenage years, the late ‘50’s, when Rock’n’Roll was King, and hair was, well, on his head. Expect hits (and forgotten classics) of the time, plus new songs of his own.
