Richard the Lionheart archiveThis rock musical celebrates the life and times of Richard I and his adventures on the third Holy Crusade. There are plenty of evil and colourful characters in the story which transports the audience to France, Sicily, Cyprus, The Holy Land and Germany. There are sword fights and plenty of scope for pyrotechnical battle scenes. The musical was first performed at the Ancient Amphitheatre of Curium in Cyprus in 1997. Email
