Oliva Tweest - The AfroMusical

Oliva Tweest

Work:: Oliva Tweest (S01845510024)

The AfroMusical. Oliva Tweest follows the ambitious dreams of London hustler and club-promoter Tobi, as he navigates comedic and sometimes explosive clashes with women, family tradition, and his reawakened conscience. Tobi, is a self-proclaimed gyalis (ladies' man) who wants more out of life. Driven by his need to succeed, he plans the ultimate show to attract his idol D'Banj, naming it after the musician's global hit Oliver Twist. Tobi hopes the concert will propel his career in the entertainment business, but when he finds out the new landlord of his concert venue, Pastor Bayodele, intends to convert the building into a church, Tobi is forced to disguise his true intentions.
